The 10-Week Transformation

The 10-Week Transformation (10-WT) is a 10-week, proven fitness challenge focused on measurable body composition changes (fat loss or muscle gain) and fitness performance.

If you want to achieve a specific weight loss or performance goal, and you need a greater level of structure and accountability to do so, the 10-WT is for you.

The 10-WT is a proven system that has worked for over 1,000 people before. And it will work for you, too.

There are 3 cycles of the 10-Week Transformation in 2026. Best You Members can amp up their experience with specific goal setting and accountability for just $159. Non-members can participate as well for $759 (2 workouts per week) or $899 (3 workouts per week).

What if I’m new to fitness?
You’ll be coached through every workout with clear instruction and modifications.

Am I able to upgrade from 2x to 3x if I realize I want more?
Yes — just reach out and we’ll upgrade your membership.

If I don’t do the actual 10-WT, and just do the membership, will I still get to lift?

Yes. (see more in the next question).

What's the difference between the membership and the 10-WT?
The workouts are the same. The 10-WT includes preferential class booking, goal-setting coaching, habit tracking via a scoreboard, and more accountability via weekly check ins.

How will the 10-WT Elite work since you’ll be opening classes on Wednesday and Friday?

The 10-WT Elite membership is SACRED. Your experience on Wednesday and Friday will be customized to meet the needs for whatever goal you have.

If I do the 10-WT Elite, do I have to do 5am?

No. The 10-WT Elite is a 5x/week membership. You can come at whatever time works best for your schedule. But you will be held to a high level of accountability make sure you get 5 workouts a week for best results.

What if I miss a week?
You get 1 quarterly freeze and you can make up missed workouts within 60 days.

Do classes fill up?
10-WT Elite participants will get priority booking. 10-WT Elite will get next priority. And members will get priority after that. Then, booking is first-come-first-served through MindBody, so you can reserve your regular times in advance.

Do I have to do the 10-WT?
No — you can simply be a Member. The 10-WT is optional if you want extra accountability.
